Mastery is a Toon-specific set of tasks that rewards sustained use rather than one purchase. Current community references describe six tasks per Toon and a Vintage skin for completing them all. Full Mastery can also be a license gate for another Toon, making the panel part of account progression rather than cosmetic-only play.
Read all six tasks
Sort tasks into actions: ability uses, machines, survived floors, item pickups, travel distance, group conditions, or character-specific goals. Mark which ones naturally overlap. A run can use the ability, finish machines, pick items, travel, and survive at the same time.
Do not copy another Toon’s threshold. Open the panel before queueing and check progress after the session.
Use abilities meaningfully
An ability counter advances fastest when the ability is used on real cooldown opportunities, but spamming can harm the team. Tisha should pulse movement when teammates can receive it; Pebble should not use attention tools beside machines; support abilities should serve a named target.
If a task conflicts with safe play, advance it more slowly. Mastery persists across runs; the team may not survive a forced counter.
Machines, items, and floors
Choose safe machines appropriate to the Toon. A low-extraction distractor can contribute after pressure is controlled, while an extractor should not steal every station from a beginner who needs practice.
Pick up useful items and call anything another player needs. Travel tasks progress naturally through floor routes; running in circles wastes stamina and does not build real skill.
Group conditions
Some current task lists include surviving floors with a minimum group size or other lobby condition. Use public matchmaking or a coordinated group and confirm that the run meets the live wording. Do not assume disconnected players count.
Tell the group you are working on Mastery, but do not demand that everyone change their goal. Choose tasks compatible with the lobby.
Unlock connections
Current character guides connect all Tisha Mastery to Shelly, all Toodles Mastery to Pebble, and all Brightney Mastery to Vee. Other Main Toon routes use other prerequisites. Verify the desired license before beginning.
Work Mastery while saving Ichor and collecting the target Twisted’s Research. Completing the three gates in parallel prevents a finished task set from becoming a long wait.
Weekly task plan
Choose two task categories per session. For example, ability plus machines on short runs, then items plus distance on exploration runs. Review progress after several floors and switch when a category is complete.
Keep the Toon build suited to the floor. A Mastery task does not require using a weak loadout or ignoring team roles.

Current guides list a Vintage skin for the mastered Toon and, for some characters, satisfaction of another Toon license gate.
Must all tasks finish in one run?
No. They are persistent progression tasks. Confirm current panel behavior.

Overlap compatible actions during safe ordinary play and stop forcing completed categories.
Why is Tisha Mastery important?
It is currently documented as a requirement for Shelly’s license, in addition to Tisha’s own Vintage reward.
Build a task rotation
Read every live Mastery requirement before selecting a queue. Group tasks that naturally overlap, such as ability use, machine work, survival, item collection, or floor completion, and choose a run objective that advances two of them. Once one category finishes, replace that objective instead of repeating it from habit. Dangerous forced actions are rarely efficient if elimination prevents the floor or survival task from counting. A short note after each session—completed, nearly complete, or not progressing—also catches misunderstood wording early. The panel remains the authority if a community checklist differs from the current game.
